Welcome to the silent auction that will help us bring Peter home!
The rules are simple - each tab above corresponds to a date in April. Each day, the auction for the item on that tab will close. (For example, the item on the tab marked "1" is a gift certificate for a ham. On April 1st, the auction for that item will end at midnight. On tab "2", the item is a pumpkin hat. At midnight on April 2nd, the auction for that hat will end). Only two weeks of items are available for bidding at a time, so make sure to check back often - every day, a new item will be made available!
To place a bid, simply leave a comment on the blog. I highly recommend subscribing to the comment feed, so that you can find out if someone else has out-bid you, and you can come back and raise your offered amount.
At midnight, PST (Pacific Standard Time - the time zone that I am in), the item for that day will go to the highest bidder. I will contact you through the contact information you leave in your comment (hint: sign in to be able to leave a comment. This is the best way to make sure that I know how/where to reach you, without having to publicize your contact info in your comment).
Once I have received payment for the item (suggested method is through PayPal), it will get shipped to you, via the US Postal System.
